Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- up to six months related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide by 10s and 100s
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
- valid driver license
- ability to talk and hear regularly
- ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
- occasional sitting and reaching
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Job Duties
- Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and batteries
- hang awards or pictures on walls
- basic furniture assembly
- touch up painting
- fix door handles, gates, hinges or locks
- perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- empty trash and recycling bins
- inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and report issues
- assist with event setup and breakdown
- maintain cleaning inventory and request replenishment
- follow safety protocols and company policies
- perform other assigned duties
