Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Must be willing to travel occasionally and work out of town including overnight stays
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely
- Physical ability to perform construction and manual labor tasks
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

- Must be willing to travel occasionally and work out of town including overnight stays
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Class A CDL preferred but will pay to certify the right individual
- Experience in construction work helpful and any heavy equipment operation is a plus
- Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Conduct work on construction projects, concrete removal and replacement, manhole and spill containment replacements
- Frame, pour, mix, and finish small portions of concrete
- Operate equipment such as company work truck, skid steers, forklift, man-lift following all equipment and company safety protocols
- Ensure safe housekeeping practices are always followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order
- Verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress to comply with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, clients, and supervisors)
