Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally and work out of town including overnight stays
  • Ability to operate construction equipment safely
  • Physical ability to perform construction and manual labor tasks
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel occasionally and work out of town including overnight stays
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Pass a drug test and background check
  • Class A CDL preferred but will pay to certify the right individual
  • Experience in construction work helpful and any heavy equipment operation is a plus
  • Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Conduct work on construction projects, concrete removal and replacement, manhole and spill containment replacements
  • Frame, pour, mix, and finish small portions of concrete
  • Operate equipment such as company work truck, skid steers, forklift, man-lift following all equipment and company safety protocols
  • Ensure safe housekeeping practices are always followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order
  • Verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress to comply with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements
  • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, clients, and supervisors)
