Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment
- stand for extended periods
- comfortable working in high and precarious places

- familiar with ski area and outer areas
- able to work with all kinds of people sometimes in stressful situations
- must be able to read, speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Assist guests on and off chairlifts
- set up and take down perimeters and mazes at the beginning and end of each day
- maintain loading and unloading zones by shoveling, chipping, and raking
- provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
- be alert to possible problems and notify your operator
- provide information to riders about resort facilities and the local area
- assist guests through the RFID gates ensuring valid tickets
