Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial drivers' CDL license in current state with clean driving record preferred
- Prior experience with seniors preferred
- Enjoy serving seniors
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and dependability
- Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to receive and resolve complaints graciously
- Awareness of department's role in marketing and public relations
- Always be in proper attire and well groomed
- Display integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park's Code of Ethics and completing all required compliance training

Job Duties
- Assist Lifestyle Services Director in implementing quality activity programs including weekends and evenings
- Assist residents directly in Lifestyle Services
- Assist with planning monthly Lifestyle Services calendar
- Communicate monthly calendar of Lifestyle Services to residents and staff
- Assist volunteers to help with Lifestyle Services
- Welcome and assist new residents with adjustment to community
- Encourage Lifestyle Services geared toward residents' abilities and interests and involve residents and families
- Encourage social involvement through outings and events such as shopping, sightseeing, parks, dining out, sports events, drama and theater
- Encourage intellectual and educational development through literature, lectures, movies and cultural events
- Encourage entertainment and personal development through hobbies, music and crafts
- Encourage wellness and healthy lifestyle through exercise programs
- Encourage spiritual fulfillment through religious-based activities
- Observe resident's attendance, mood, behavior, involvement and notify Lifestyle Services Director of concerns
