Job Duties
- Plan and execute various Reed's Crossing events such as concerts, movies, and other seasonal events
- create event site plans
- research and hire event vendors
- design event signage
- supervise event logistics
- keep stakeholders informed
- create annual lifestyle budget for recommendation to the General Manager and Reed's Crossing Maintenance Association Board
- report regularly to the General Manager and Board regarding financial performance of events, attendance rates, and resident feedback
- maintain the official calendar for all events and the TownSq event calendar
- coordinate and edit e-blasts and TownSq posts
- provide relevant lifestyle content to the General Manager for inclusion in the monthly newsletter
- oversee resident committees including attending meetings, assisting with event execution, and reporting their activities to the Board
- coordinate committee member attendance and reporting at quarterly Board meetings
- work in conjunction with the Developer's Marketing Team on events, activities, and communications
- build and maintain relationships with other community organizations including local police, fire, commercial businesses, and school organizations
- curate and post content to social media to promote the Reed's Crossing lifestyle
- track social media content performance insights and report on them to the General Manager and Board
- further develop the active volunteer program among residents, providing promotion and recognition
- facilitate quarterly new resident orientations to educate and engage new homeowners
- perform various administrative functions including tracking, reporting, and providing support to the General Manager
- develop and maintain relationships with Reed's Crossing homebuilder sales agents and assist with educational meetings and agent support
