Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in clubhouse or property management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong customer service skills
- legal eligibility to work in the US
- physical ability to oversee facility operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Oversee operations of the spa, pool, fitness center, and clubhouse
- organize and manage monthly events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale extravaganzas
- coordinate with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure high-quality service and products
- recruit, train, and supervise staff
- manage approved budget including tracking revenue and expenses
- ensure facilities are clean, tidy, and presentable
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee maintenance
- collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotions and event calendars
- respond promptly to phone calls and emails
- address guest concerns professionally and courteously
- monitor and maintain high service standards
- stay updated on industry trends
