Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event planning or related field
  • Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to set up and break down events
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning or lifestyle coordination
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Experience working within a community or HOA environment preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively with residents and board members

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate community events and programs
  • Manage facility scheduling and oversee chartered clubs
  • Promote and market events to engage residents
  • Partner with the Community Manager to coordinate community services
  • Oversee wellness staff and facilitators to ensure quality and customer service
  • Assist residents and clubs in chartering and facility use
  • Lead New Resident Orientation presentations
