Job Requirements
- At least 24 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for safe operation of company vehicle
- Passion for serving seniors
- Strong knowledge of the local community and region
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and e-mail
- Previous experience organizing recreational programs preferred

Job Duties
- Design and execute activities and programs that engage, support, and uplift residents
- Lead fitness activities in the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center
- Uncover the interests, hobbies, talents and curiosities of each resident and accompany them on shopping and other outings
- Plan recreational activities, events and fitness programs in line with residents’ interests
- Conduct interviews with new residents to discover their intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and creative goals
- Foster positive relationships with residents and team members
- Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
