Job Requirements
- Previous work experience with organizing recreational programs, events, and activities preferred
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 24 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local community, area, and region
- Passion for serving seniors
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and e-mail
- At least 24 years of age with a valid driver's license for safe operation of company vehicle
- Previous experience organizing recreational programs, events, and activities preferred
Job Duties
- Design and execute activities and programs that engage, support, and uplift residents
- Lead fitness activities in the community’s fitness center
- Discover residents’ interests, hobbies, and talents and accompany them on outings
- Organize recreational activities, events, and fitness programs aligned with residents' interests
- Conduct interviews with new residents to identify their intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and creative goals
- Foster positive relationships with residents and team members while embodying core company values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
