Job Requirements

  • At least 24 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license for safe operation of the company vehicle
  • Passion for serving seniors
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, area and region
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and email
  • Previous experience organizing and providing recreational programs, events and activities is preferred

Job Duties

  • Design and execute activities and programs that engage, support, and uplift residents
  • Lead fitness activities in the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center
  • Uncover the interests, hobbies, talents and curiosities of each resident and accompany them shopping and to other outings
  • Organize recreational activities, events, and fitness programs aligned with residents’ interests
  • Conduct interviews with new residents to discover their intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and creative goals
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and team members while living by core company values
  • Actively contribute as a member of the community’s leadership team
