Job Requirements
- At least 24 years of age
- Valid driver’s license for safe operation of the company vehicle
- Passion for serving seniors
- Strong knowledge of the local community, area and region
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and email
- Previous experience organizing and providing recreational programs, events and activities is preferred

Job Duties
- Design and execute activities and programs that engage, support, and uplift residents
- Lead fitness activities in the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center
- Uncover the interests, hobbies, talents and curiosities of each resident and accompany them shopping and to other outings
- Organize recreational activities, events, and fitness programs aligned with residents’ interests
- Conduct interviews with new residents to discover their intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and creative goals
- Foster positive relationships with residents and team members while living by core company values
- Actively contribute as a member of the community’s leadership team
