Job Requirements

  • prior experience in community or property management preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • customer service oriented
  • proficiency with standard office software
  • availability to work flexible hours as needed
  • detail-oriented and proactive
  • ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

  • experience in customer service or community engagement
  • capable of coordinating events and programs
  • proficiency with email and basic office software
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
  • assist with tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • assist with service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
  • manage package deliveries and notify residents promptly
  • ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute creative events, services, and programs
  • keep detailed information on local businesses and maintain vendor relationships
  • respond to Lifestyle email account and support marketing of events
  • produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
  • provide input and manage budgets related to resident activities and retention
