- prior experience in community or property management preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- proficiency with standard office software
- availability to work flexible hours as needed

- ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
- manage package deliveries and notify residents promptly
- ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute creative events, services, and programs
- keep detailed information on local businesses and maintain vendor relationships
- respond to Lifestyle email account and support marketing of events
- produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- provide input and manage budgets related to resident activities and retention
