Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents and ensures their comfort while waiting
  • assists with tours
  • answers and routes phone calls
  • assists with service request callbacks
  • maintains guest suite schedule and manages move-in and move-out logistics
  • manages package deliveries and notifies residents
  • ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for use
  • develops and executes innovative resident events and programs using amenity spaces
  • monitors and responds to the Lifestyle email account
  • creates and publishes monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • participates in meeting sales and marketing program standards
  • provides input on budget development related to resident activities and manages expenses accordingly
