Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to respond promptly to resident needs and inquiries

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate events and programs
  • Experience with marketing and social media tools is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing office and assist with tours
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to team members, and handle service request call backs
  • Maintain guest suite schedule, ensure cleanliness, and manage move-in and move-out schedules
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Maintain information on local businesses and recommend services to residents
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and assist in marketing community events
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with activities and events
  • Participate in sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
  • Provide input on budget development related to planned activities and resident retention and manage expenses to budget
