Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Develop outcomes and assessment metrics to evaluate program success
  • Keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services for residents
  • Maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • Respond to Lifestyle email account messages and coordinate with the Lifestyle Team
  • Create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers for activities and events
  • Submit items for Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • Provide input into budget development related to planned activities and resident retention
  • Manage expenses to budget
