Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in lifestyle coordination or related customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate event scheduling
- Commitment to fostering community engagement and resident satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in program development and event planning
- Ability to interact and build relationships with active-adult residents
- Strong creative and organizational skills
- Impeccable communication skills including leading presentations and group activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, social media management, and mass email platforms
- Positive attitude and professionalism at all times
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Lead by example and promote teamwork and company philosophy onsite
- Recruit and coordinate community volunteers
- Organize and charter community clubs
- Manage community website updates and social media accounts
- Provide facility oversight in coordination with Association Manager
- Facilitate private event reservations, site tours, and post-event inspections
- Deliver exemplary customer service and act as an additional point of contact for members
- Assist with concept design, planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale live events
- Develop, implement, and coordinate lifestyle programs, activities, and classes for residents
- Conduct assessments to identify resident interests and participation preferences
- Devise and implement creative marketing and communication strategies for events
- Edit, produce, and distribute e-bulletins
- Maintain a comprehensive events calendar for digital and print distribution
- Manage annual budget for activity income and expenses and provide quarterly financial reports
- Solicit and secure sponsorships and advertising support from local businesses
- Oversee and process invoices from sponsorships, events, and vendors
- Order supplies for lifestyle events and track inventory
- Coordinate permits with city and county for community events
- Capture photographs of community events and specials occasions
- Build lasting relationships with residents, vendors, and local businesses
- Attend Board Meetings and Community Events as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned including clubhouse maintenance, common area inspections, and administrative tasks
