Job Requirements

- experience in event coordination or community program management preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Coordinate and implement customized large-scale events and smaller neighborhood activities to create an on-going social activity calendar
- create and maintain accurate documentation for all community program plans including event scheduling, vendor contracts, budget management details, and event summary reports
- perform monthly reconciliation of association spending and report to General Manager
- prepare and maintain an accurate master community event calendar, update and distribute it regularly
- design, create and maintain updated content for monthly newsletters, television rolls, and resident portals
- create regularly scheduled community communications including weekly activity updates, event planning updates, community news, board and committee updates
- motivate and utilize volunteer committee resources to plan and execute lifestyle events
- identify, approve, hire, and oversee vendors while reviewing invoices before payment
- develop and cultivate positive relationships with local entities to maximize programming opportunities
- create and manage event databases tracking attendance, costs, and popularity for strategic planning
- attend all company mandatory functions
- comply with company policies and procedures
- perform other projects and opportunities as assigned
