Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality real estate or retail
- Proficient with Mac laptops MS Office Suite including Outlook Excel and Word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to focus in an open workspace
- Ability to frequently sit stand walk most of the day
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to Katy TX 77493
- Work location in person
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in hospitality real estate or retail

Job Duties
- Open maintain and close the Sunterra amenity center as needed according to procedures
- Greet residents and guests upon arrival and direct them to group outings or activities or connect when necessary
- Comply with all employment related rules policies standards and guidelines
- Support in the execution of lifestyle programs and activities as designed by the Senior Lifestyle Director
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Communicate activities to provide up-to-date information to guests
- Assist with maintaining registration and reporting of resident events and activities
