Job Description

Sunterra, located in Katy, TX, is a vibrant community dedicated to providing residents with premier amenity centers and a rich lifestyle infused with engaging events and activities. At the heart of Sunterra's commitment to enhancing community living is the Lifestyle Concierge position, tailored to support the operation of amenity centers and to ensure vibrant resident engagement. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Previous customer service experience preferably in hospitality real estate or retail
  • Proficient with Mac laptops MS Office Suite including Outlook Excel and Word
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to focus in an open workspace
  • Ability to frequently sit stand walk most of the day
  • Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to Katy TX 77493
  • Work location in person

Job Duties

  • Open maintain and close the Sunterra amenity center as needed according to procedures
  • Greet residents and guests upon arrival and direct them to group outings or activities or connect when necessary
  • Comply with all employment related rules policies standards and guidelines
  • Support in the execution of lifestyle programs and activities as designed by the Senior Lifestyle Director
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
  • Communicate activities to provide up-to-date information to guests
  • Assist with maintaining registration and reporting of resident events and activities
