Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- weekend and evening availability required
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and walking
- basic computer skills including MS Office knowledge
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- flexibility to work some holidays
- ability to respond calmly and tactfully in problem situations
- willingness to perform light housekeeping duties
- ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications

- proficiency with MS Office programs including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter the club
- check ID cards and assist with event set-ups
- respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments
- provide outstanding service to members and guests professionally and courteously
- respond calmly and tactfully to problem situations and discuss concerns constructively
- answer questions about the lifestyles program and recommend events and functions
- write routine reports and correspondence
- maintain a safe and friendly environment for members, guests, and staff
- work as a team with the lifestyles department to create and promote fun programs
- assist in room set-up and break-down for events
- assist lifestyle manager in event preparation including set up and breakdown of props
- perform light housekeeping duties as needed
- inspect grounds and notify management of any maintenance needs
- understand emergency preparedness and respond appropriately
- replenish desk forms and maintain supplies
- prepare monthly reports and vendor check requests
- track attendance and maintain records of member participation
- manage staff and independent contractor schedules
- answer telephone and greet members in the sales gallery
- maintain calendar of event registration
- update accurate records
- perform administrative tasks when needed
- assist in preparation of articles and calendar for the lifestyle magazine
- contact members about new programs
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
