Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to fifty pounds
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge particularly MS Office
- Ability to interact with diverse groups professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Experience in event coordination or program planning
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency preparedness
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests and check ID cards
- Assist with event set-ups and respond promptly to communications
- Provide outstanding service to members and guests professionally and courteously
- Answer questions about lifestyle programs and recommend events
- Assist in room set-up and break-down for events
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment
- Manage facility scheduling and program promotion
- Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks
- Monitor community grounds and notify management of issues
- Assist with preparation of articles and calendar of events
