Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter
- Check identification cards
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns
- Respond promptly to member communications and follow through on commitments
- Provide outstanding service and professional courteous interactions
- Respond calmly and tactfully to problem situations
- Answer questions about lifestyle programs and recommend events
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups and teams
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment for members, guests, and staff
- Collaborate with the lifestyle team to create engaging programs
- Assist in preparing and promoting events and functions
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain facility cleanliness
- Inspect grounds and notify management of issues
- Understand and respond to emergency situations
- Replenish desk forms and prepare monthly reports
- Track program attendance and maintain scheduling
- Manage administrative tasks and update records
- Contact members and guests about new programs
- Contribute to lifestyle magazine and event calendar preparation
