Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to use MS Office programs including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to respond appropriately to emergency situations
Job Qualifications

- Strong organizational and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use MS Office programs including Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Public speaking abilities

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests as they enter and check ID cards
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns
- Respond promptly to communications and follow through on commitments
- Provide outstanding service professionally and courteously
- Respond calmly and tactfully to problems and discuss concerns constructively
- Answer questions about lifestyle programs and recommend events
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment
- Coordinate with the lifestyles department to promote events and activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties including stocking restrooms and cleaning
- Inspect grounds for litter and activity and notify relevant departments
- Understand and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Prepare monthly reports and vendor check requests
- Maintain calendar of event registrations
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in preparation of content for lifestyle magazine
- Contact members and guests about new programs
