Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive workplace environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
  • Knowledge of current beverage trends and mixology techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated passion for guest service and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
  • Create memorable and unique guest experiences beyond mixing drinks
  • Monitor and incorporate new trends and micro-local offerings into the beverage menu
  • Maintain the cleanliness and function of the bar area
  • Build and maintain relationships with other hotel departments and the local community to anticipate guest needs
  • Ensure accurate handling of money and transactional data
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
