Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
- Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
- Knowledge of current beverage trends and mixology techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated passion for guest service and hospitality
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests
- Create memorable and unique guest experiences beyond mixing drinks
- Monitor and incorporate new trends and micro-local offerings into the beverage menu
- Maintain the cleanliness and function of the bar area
- Build and maintain relationships with other hotel departments and the local community to anticipate guest needs
- Ensure accurate handling of money and transactional data
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
