Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1 year related work experience
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional personal appearance and uniform compliance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a related bartender or food and beverage role
Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Demonstrated passion for customer service and hospitality
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests
Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in billing
Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
Build relationships with guests and team members to enhance the overall guest experience
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a secure and professional environment
