Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Professional appearance and uniform
  • No supervisory experience required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Create unique and memorable drink experiences for guests
  • Stay updated on new trends and micro-local beverage offerings
  • Act as a host and provide exceptional guest service beyond the bar
  • Maintain bar appearance and functionality
  • Handle money accurately and securely
  • Build relationships within the hotel and local community to anticipate guest needs
  • Follow company policies and maintain a safe workplace
  • Perform hands-on tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and uniform
