Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year bartending or related experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Reach overhead and below knees including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Strong interpersonal and guest service orientation
- Must comply with company safety and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience in bartending or hospitality
- Knowledge of drink preparation and beverage service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work on feet and perform physically demanding tasks
- No supervisory experience required
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain professional appearance
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with guests to provide personalized and memorable service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash, credit, and guest checks accurately and responsibly
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and incorporate micro-local offerings
- Collaborate with hotel staff to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures
