Job Duties
- set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- adhere to all company policies concerning safety and security
- utilize proper channels to report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to the manager
- finalize safety training sessions and acquire certifications
- ensure that your personal appearance conveys professionalism and cleanliness in a consistent manner
- protect confidential data from unauthorized access and secure the assets of the organization
- consistently greet and acknowledge guests in alignment with the established guidelines of the organization
- respond promptly to guests' requests and show genuine gratitude for their visit
- make sure to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally when communicating with others
- establish and maintain positive rapport with colleagues and partners
- foment unity among the support team to achieve mutual targets, and actively engage with and address the concerns expressed by other staff
- foster compliance with quality principles and measures
- carry on standing, sitting, or walking for an extended time or for the entire duration of a work shift
- transport, load, and unload items weighing up to 50 pounds single-handedly
