Job Requirements

- at least one year of bartending or related hospitality experience
- physical stamina for standing long shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in cash handling and bank reconciliation

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- adhere to all company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions to management
- finalize safety training and acquire certifications
- maintain professional personal appearance
- protect confidential data
- consistently greet and acknowledge guests
- respond promptly to guest requests
- communicate clearly and professionally
- establish and maintain positive rapport with colleagues
- foster teamwork and address staff concerns
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- handle items weighing up to 50 pounds
