Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with lifecycle marketing platforms like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and manage data
- Experience working collaboratively across functions
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environment in insurance or similar sectors preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years managing lifecycle marketing, client experience, operations, or growth programs
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or HubSpot
- Strong copywriting skills and brand voice development
- Analytical ability to measure impact and interpret user insights
- Experience in regulated environments such as InsurTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Design lifecycle journeys holistically and act as a product owner
- Identify and surface insights to improve product and operational flows
- Own campaign strategy and execute automated personalized lifecycle communications
- Define touchpoints for acquisition, activation, service, retention, and brand loyalty
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging and optimize event triggers
- Leverage analytics to understand behavior, segment audiences, and personalize communications
- Develop clear and on-brand copy for transactional and marketing messages
- Track KPIs and optimize messaging through testing and experimentation
- Ensure compliance, deliverability, and platform hygiene
