Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a food and beverage service role preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
- CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
- ensures cleanliness in a fast paced customer focused environment
