Job Requirements

  • One year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
  • ServeSafe certification obtained within the first 60 days of employment
  • CPR/AED certification completed within 30 days of hire
  • ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 pounds

Job Duties

  • Execute coffee and espresso drinks to recipe specifications and member requests
  • ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • provide exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information
  • maintain a clean and inviting area for members and customers
  • prepare fresh coffee and espresso beverages
  • engage with customers to enhance their experience
  • follow all health and safety regulations
