Job Requirements
- One year of experience as a barista or in a coffee shop
- ServeSafe certification obtained within the first 60 days of employment
- CPR/AED certification completed within 30 days of hire
- ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Execute coffee and espresso drinks to recipe specifications and member requests
- ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- provide exceptional service to members and customers while answering questions and providing information
- maintain a clean and inviting area for members and customers
- prepare fresh coffee and espresso beverages
- engage with customers to enhance their experience
- follow all health and safety regulations
