Job Duties
- Assist with planning, organizing, and implementation of programs to meet mental, psychosocial, physical, and spiritual needs of residents
- Explore interests, preferences, and involve residents in activities
- Meet with new residents in a timely manner to facilitate transition
- Conduct group programs tailored to resident abilities and interests
- Provide one-on-one visits to engage and support residents
- Maintain records of activities and resident participation
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness
