Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in activities coordination or event planning preferred
- minimum one year of experience in recreation or activities services preferred

Job Duties
- develop and implement engaging activities and programs for seniors
- coordinate events that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being
- assist residents with participation in daily enrichment activities
- collaborate with staff and families to tailor activities to residents’ needs
- maintain records of activities and resident participation
- ensure a safe and supportive environment during all activities
- support and encourage seniors’ active involvement in community life
