- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- experience with seniors or in related activities preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to engage and motivate residents
- reliable and compassionate
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- plan and organize activities that enhance residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being
- facilitate group events and individual engagements
- collaborate with the care team to tailor activities to resident needs
- maintain activity supplies and environments
- monitor resident participation and feedback
- promote resident involvement through creative programming
- assist in documenting and reporting activities
