- prior experience working in a residential community, preferably with seniors
- excellent clerical and computer skills including typing and Microsoft Office proficiency
- strong collaboration skills
- well organized and detail oriented

Job Duties
- develop monthly activity calendars with the director and post on schedule
- update announcements and activity logs on Touchtown regularly
- attend resident life enrichment committee meetings for trip planning
- plan monthly trips in collaboration with bus drivers, director, and residents
- lead resident movie committee and order monthly movie selections
- maintain signup sheets and communicate with residents about activities and trips
- maintain current and attractive bulletin boards
- assist director in planning and implementing events
- support general life enrichment programming
- cooperate with all departments, administration, and residents to maintain a successful program
- attend annual in-service programs and seminars
- explore new community activity opportunities
- perform any other duties as requested
- maintain a flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings
