Job Requirements
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
- Preferred experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills
- Drug free workplace with drug screening at company’s discretion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused support
Job Duties
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
- Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component as assigned
- Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events including driving company vehicle when needed
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
