Job Requirements

  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Driving record (MVR) meets company insurance requirements
  • Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
  • Preferred experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills
  • Drug free workplace with drug screening at company’s discretion

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, customer service, or demonstrated creative skills preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused support

Job Duties

  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
  • Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
  • Being willing to provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component as assigned
  • Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events including driving company vehicle when needed
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
