Job Requirements

  • Current valid driver's license
  • Age 25 or older to meet driving requirements
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
  • Ability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Commitment to being part of a drug-free workplace and willing to undergo drug screening if required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft programs preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
  • Ability to drive company vehicles safely
  • Willingness to lead life enrichment activities or components
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
  • Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
  • Being willing to lead a specific life enrichment component, such as Memory Care or specific activities, as assigned
  • Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed
  • Communicating effectively with residents and staff
