Job Requirements
- Current valid driver's license
- Age 25 or older to meet driving requirements
- Clean driving record
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles
- Ability to work full-time Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Commitment to being part of a drug-free workplace and willing to undergo drug screening if required
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, or demonstrated creative skills preferred
- Experience with Microsoft programs preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Ability to drive company vehicles safely
- Willingness to lead life enrichment activities or components
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of resident activities, to include calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup
- Helping to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
- Being willing to lead a specific life enrichment component, such as Memory Care or specific activities, as assigned
- Coordinating the transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
