Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years bartending experience
- Certified to serve alcohol
- CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days
- Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a station and move about the cafe for prolonged periods

- Experience with inventory and ordering preferred
Job Duties
- Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and other beverages including garnishes
- Serve members and customers timely including checking identification and accepting payment
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, furniture, equipment and return used dishware
- Restock liquors, wines, beer, non-alcoholic ingredients and replace beer barrels
- Reconcile cash register at end of shift
