Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work mornings days evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work discreetly and efficiently
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Promptly clear clean and set-up tables chairs linens china glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner
- Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Pick up food items from kitchen check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest
- Assist in stocking linens china glass silver and food items for service
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast soup or beverages
- Breakdown clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas
