Job Requirements

  • Real estate license
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology tools including Google Suite and proprietary software
  • Experience communicating with clients via email and phone
  • Ability to work calmly and manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Willingness to work remotely with occasional in-office visits

Job Qualifications

  • Real estate license
  • One year of real estate contract experience preferred
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic technologies and quick to learn new tools
  • Experienced in using email and phone for client communication
  • Calm demeanor when resolving issues
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability for agent and client experience
  • Motivated by a spirit of service and client success

Job Duties

  • Coordinate real estate deals by managing communication between agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and closing companies
  • Manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate property access for inspections and appraisals
  • Handle all transaction paperwork including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and maintaining complete files
  • Support multiple agents by understanding their working styles and delivering excellent client care
  • Guide clients through the closing process to minimize stress and answer their questions
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and mitigate risks of delays
  • Drive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets service excellence standards
