Job Requirements

  • Real estate license
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • One year of real estate contract experience preferred, with strong knowledge of contracts, disclosures and the lifecycle of closing transactions
  • At least one year of customer service experience is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient with basic technologies such as internet search and customer relationship tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies including Google Suite and Redfin proprietary tools
  • Experience communicating with clients and other parties via phone and email
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when resolving issues
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability towards the agent and client experience
  • Commitment to providing service that prioritizes client and agent success

Job Duties

  • Take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies and other parties to ensure seamless transactions
  • Manage a high volume of transactions, processing 30-50 deals per month on average during busy times, while maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers and vendors
  • Manage all transaction paperwork including drafting addenda, processing disclosures and ensuring file completion
  • Proactively support multiple agents by building relationships and understanding their working styles to take care of clients throughout the buying and selling process
  • Minimize client stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to inquiries
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met, alerting parties when deadlines are at risk and mitigating risks to facilitate on-time closings
