Job Requirements

  • Real estate license
  • one year of customer service experience
  • experience with real estate contracts preferred
  • excellent organizational skills
  • clear verbal and written communication
  • proficiency with technology including customer relationship tools and Google Suite
  • experience using email and phone to communicate
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • strong accountability and service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • one year of real estate contract experience preferred
  • one year of customer service experience required
  • excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficient in basic technologies and apt at learning new tools
  • experience communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and phone

Job Duties

  • Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
  • manage a high volume of deals with quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
  • manage paperwork including drafting addenda and processing disclosures
  • support multiple agents by building relationships and anticipating needs
  • guide clients through the closing process to minimize stress
  • ensure all contractual deadlines are met and mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
