- Real estate license
- one year of customer service experience
- experience with real estate contracts preferred

Job Qualifications
- A real estate license is required
- one year of real estate contract experience preferred
- one year of customer service experience required

Job Duties
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close
- manage a high volume of deals with quick response times and proactive follow-up
- coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
- manage paperwork including drafting addenda and processing disclosures
- support multiple agents by building relationships and anticipating needs
- guide clients through the closing process to minimize stress
- ensure all contractual deadlines are met and mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
