Job Requirements

  • Real estate license
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures

Job Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • One year of real estate contract experience with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge is preferred
  • One year of customer service experience is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in basic technologies and aptitude to learn new technologies including Google suite and Redfin proprietary tools
  • Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties
  • Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability for the agent and client experience
  • A spirit of service that prioritizes client and agent success

Job Duties

  • Take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties from contract to close
  • Manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
  • Manage all paperwork related to transactions, draft addenda as needed, process disclosures, and ensure files are complete
  • Proactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working styles and support clients throughout the buying and selling process
  • Minimize clients' stress by guiding them expertly through closing and responding promptly to their questions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and use market knowledge and proprietary tools to inform clients about listing activities
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met, alert parties when deadlines are at risk, and proactively mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
  • Drive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets Redfin's gold standard of service excellence
