Job Requirements

  • Real estate license required
  • Minimum one year of real estate contract experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, and closing companies
  • Manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
  • Manage all paperwork related to transactions including drafting addenda and processing disclosures
  • Build relationships with multiple agents to understand their working styles and support clients at every step
  • Minimize client stress by guiding them expertly through the closing process and responding promptly to questions
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and proactively mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
