Job Requirements

  • A real estate license is required
  • Minimum of one year experience in real estate contracts preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in basic technology tools and willingness to learn new software
  • Experience communicating professionally via email and phone
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • One year of real estate contract experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and real estate transaction lifecycle
  • One year of customer service experience is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with basic technologies including internet search and customer relationship tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies such as Google suite and proprietary tools
  • Experience using email and phone communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Calm and professional demeanor when resolving conflicts
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability for agent and client experience
  • Commitment to a spirit of service and client satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Coordinate real estate transactions to ensure seamless communication and process flow from contract to closing
  • Manage 30-50 real estate deals per month with quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Arrange property access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
  • Manage all transaction paperwork including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and ensuring file completeness
  • Support multiple agents by understanding their working styles and responding to client needs throughout the buying and selling process
  • Guide clients calmly through the closing process and respond promptly to their inquiries
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and proactively mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
  • Provide support to agents and clients that meets high standards of service excellence
