Job Requirements

  • Hold a valid real estate license
  • Have at least one year of experience in real estate contracts and disclosures
  • Possess a minimum of one year in customer service roles
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Be proficient with basic technology and adaptable to new tools
  • Exhibit a calm demeanor in resolving issues
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high accountability for agent and client satisfaction
  • Uphold a client and agent-first approach in work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • A real estate license is required
  • One year of real estate contract experience with strong knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and the transaction lifecycle is preferred
  • One year of customer service experience is required
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in basic technologies such as internet search and customer relationship tools
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies including Google suite and Redfin proprietary tools
  • Experience using email and phone to communicate effectively with clients and other parties
  • Calm demeanor in resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of accountability for agent and client experience
  • Demonstrated spirit of service prioritizing client and agent success

Job Duties

  • Take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure seamless transactions
  • Manage a high volume of deals, processing 30-50 transactions per month on average with quick response times and proactive follow-up
  • Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
  • Manage all paperwork related to transactions including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and ensuring file completeness
  • Proactively support multiple agents by building relationships and understanding their working style to enhance the client experience
  • Minimize client stress by guiding them expertly through the closing process and promptly responding to queries
  • Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and alert parties when deadlines are at risk while mitigating risks to facilitate on-time closings
