Job Requirements
- Real estate license
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and disclosures preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with technology including internet and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and professional demeanor
- Commitment to client and agent satisfaction
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Willingness to participate in up to 4 in-office events per year
- Ability to work fully remote
Job Qualifications
- Real estate license required
- One year of real estate contract experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of contractual and disclosure processes
- One year of customer service experience required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in basic technology and ability to learn new tools
- Experience communicating via email and phone with clients and parties
- Calm demeanor in issue resolution and communication
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of accountability
- Passion for service and client-agent success
Job Duties
- Take lead in coordinating real estate deals, managing details between clients, agents, lenders, and vendors
- Manage high volume of transactions with quick response times and proactive follow-up
- Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and vendors
- Manage all paperwork including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and file completion
- Build relationships with multiple agents to understand their working style and support clients
- Guide clients through the closing process and respond promptly to questions
- Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and proactively mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closings
