Job Qualifications
- A real estate license is required
- One year of real estate contract experience preferred with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge
- One year of customer service experience is required
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic technologies with aptitude to learn new platforms including Google suite and proprietary tools
- Experience communicating with clients and other parties via email and phone
- Calm demeanor in resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of accountability for the agent and client experience
- A service-oriented mindset focused on client and agent success
Job Duties
- Take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties
- Manage a high volume of transactions with quick response times and proactive follow-up under agent oversight
- Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors
- Manage all paperwork related to the transaction including drafting addenda, processing disclosures, and ensuring file completion
- Build relationships with multiple agents to understand their working style and take care of clients at every step
- Minimize clients' stress by guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to questions
- Work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and using market knowledge and proprietary tools to inform clients
- Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and proactively mitigate risks to facilitate on-time closing
- Drive agent and client satisfaction by maintaining a gold standard of service excellence
