Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products

- Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations
- Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable
- Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other's growth
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development
