Job Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas real estate license
- Located in or willing to service Bryan, TX
- Some residential real estate transaction experience or a strong sales background
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work remotely
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results

Job Duties
- Generate 4 to 8 seller appointments per month based on availability
- Utilize Orchard’s unique client products to assist clients in buying and selling
- Implement free Facebook and Instagram advertisements for listings to increase exposure
- Coordinate transactions to ensure smooth closing processes
- Collaborate with Orchard Mortgage and Title teams to provide seamless services
- Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to improve sales performance
- Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
