Job Requirements
- An active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license
- Located near Colorado Springs with willingness to travel 60-90 minutes in Denver metro
- Some residential real estate transaction experience or a strong sales background
- Passion for outstanding customer experience and adaptability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Drive for results with collaborative and humble attitude
- Affiliation with both PPAR and ReColorado

- Proficiency in customer relationship management and communication

Job Duties
- Set appointments with motivated home-selling clients based on availability
- Utilize unique products like Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer to close deals
- Coordinate transactions ensuring seamless processes for clients
- Develop and execute marketing strategies including free social media ads for listings
- Maintain communication with clients and team leads to foster relationships and support
- Engage in ongoing training and mentorship programs to improve sales skills
- Participate actively in the agent community and contribute to a positive culture
