Job Requirements

  • An active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license
  • Located near Colorado Springs with willingness to travel 60-90 minutes in Denver metro
  • Some residential real estate transaction experience or a strong sales background
  • Passion for outstanding customer experience and adaptability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Drive for results with collaborative and humble attitude
  • Affiliation with both PPAR and ReColorado

Job Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license
  • Experience with residential real estate transactions or strong sales background
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and communication
  • Ability to adapt to client schedules and provide outstanding service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Affiliation with PPAR and ReColorado
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Set appointments with motivated home-selling clients based on availability
  • Utilize unique products like Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer to close deals
  • Coordinate transactions ensuring seamless processes for clients
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies including free social media ads for listings
  • Maintain communication with clients and team leads to foster relationships and support
  • Engage in ongoing training and mentorship programs to improve sales skills
  • Participate actively in the agent community and contribute to a positive culture
